General Shipping Information - We offer FREE Priority Mail Service on orders
of $75.00 or more* in the Continental US. For orders less than $75.00, a
$9.95 small order shipping & handling charge will apply and your order will
be shipped by USPS
Mail. We reserve the right to cancel back-ordered items that total less than
$20.00. You may re-order any back-ordered items at www.just-thomas.com. This
information will be reflected on your invoice. Orders placed before 12:00 PM
may go out the same business day. Most orders are generally shipped within
24-48 hours and should arrive within 3-4 business days.
*Depending on the size and weight of your shipment, we may ship United
Parcel Service (UPS). Free shipping does not apply to oversized shipments
such as play tables, playboards or large sets. In most cases, these items
will be marked "additional shipping charges apply". Free shipping applies
only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Rush Delivery Services** - For an additional $24.95 charge, your order
can be shipped by UPS Second Day Air with a guaranteed arrival time of
arrive 2-3 business days after shipping. After careful consideration, we've
decided to cancel our Next Day Air Service. *Most orders less than $75.00
are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days
with the standard $9.95 shipping charge. However, if your order totals more
than $75.00, we may decide to ship Parcel Post. If you need your order in a
hurry, we suggest adding a Rush Delivery Service to your order so it is
guaranteed to arrive quicker than normal shipping times. ** Most oversized
items are shipped direct from the manufacturer, therefore, rush delivery
services are not available for all oversized shipments. Please call

orders. WE RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER TO ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR DELIVERY -

Shipping to Canada - All orders shipping to Canada incur additional
shipping charges which include 25% of order total or $29.95, whichever is
greater. These charges will be added after checkout.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, APO / FPO Addresses -
We will ship in stock items to Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, APO / FPO
addresses and use USPS Priority Mail as the shipper.
Address Shipping - We will ship to multiple addresses, however, shipping
charges will apply for each shipment less than $75.00.
NOTE: If your order requires additional shipping charges due to size,
weight, volume, etc., we will contact you via e-mail or telephone prior to
shipment of your order for your approval.

Sales Tax - Orders delivered to an Illinois address will be charged 9.25%
Sales Tax. Orders delivered to all other states will not be charged sales
Order Cancellations - For orders that are cancelled after the items have
been shipped or are refused at time of delivery, customer is responsible for
both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses.
Return Policy - We accept returns on unopened merchandise within 30 days
of purchase. Please send your return in a well packed shipping box (no
envelopes please) and ship prepaid and insured to:

Please tell us why you are returning the item and tell us whether you would
like an exchange or if you prefer a credit. Shipping charges are not
refundable. Customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping
charges. If you request a refund, we will refund the cost of the product
only (less the outbound shipping charges). No restocking fee is charged if
the items are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and
paperwork. (This includes all inner and outer shipping cartons.) Products
returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts,
or after 30 days will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up
to the full purchase price. Once the item is received and is inspected for
use and/or damage, applicable credit will be issued to the customer's credit
card. (If order was paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be
mailed to the customer.) Customers should allow 30 days for a refund to
appear on their credit card statements or for refund checks to be mailed.
After 30 days, items are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise - If your package shows signs of
external damage, refuse the delivery. When the shipment is returned to us,
we will send you a replacement. If you receive defective or incorrect
merchandise, please contact our customer service department immediately at
866-698-4662 to make arrangements for a replacement.
Safe Shopping Guarantee - We guarantee that every online transaction you
make at Just Thomas, Inc. will be 100% safe. We use the latest encryption

information - including your name, address, and credit card number - is

nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of

cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your
bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire
liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability

your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card
provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
